​Just a bit about me
I am a middle-aged man with three delightful adult daughters, four grandchildren and a long marriage.  My occupations have ranged from carpenter to a senior public health academic directing a large research institute.  I have studied and practiced Buddhism, meditation and mindfulness for more than 20 years, greatly expanding my understanding of the human experience.
